Congratulations!

Normandale Preschool Student, Mason Gibbons wins Novice Chess Tournament Trophy Mason Gibbons, son of Erica and John Gibbons, competed in the SCA Statewide Grade Level Chess Tournament on February 25, representing Normandale Preschool . This was Mason’s first time playing in a tournament. He competed in the kindergarten bracket along with 21 other students. Mason played 5 rounds, winning 3 matches and losing 2. The tournament was held at Capitol Hill Magnet School in St. Paul. Each player represents his or her school and Mason was proud to be representing Normandale Preschool.

Enrichment Classes:

Theme based Enrichment Classes are offered throughout the year for 4 and 5 year old students. Curriculum themes may include: Science, Math, Cooking, Art, Movement and Theatre. These are fun interactive classes limited to 15 students and run 3-6 weeks from 9:00-11: 30 on Monday and Fridays.
